NYFW: Lovjoi Statement Piece

Vor der Art Institutes Show war der Trubel nicht so dramatisch wie bei Michael Kors. Trotzdem hat es Spaß gemacht, ein bisschen früher zu kommen und die Streetstyles zu beobachten und zu fotografieren (Bilder folgen). Für diesen Abend hatte ich diesen Mantel von Lovjoi im Sinn (über diese Fair Fashion Marke, made in Germany, habe ich hier schon berichtet) und habe den Rest des Outfit drum rum gebaut. Ein paar bunte Eyecatcher mussten sein, da ich wie schon erzählt, gelernt habe, dass Schrill und Grell angesagt sind. Natürlich wollte ich mich wieder wohl fühlen und habe auf viel Schwarz gesetzt. Das ganze Outfit ist Fair Fashion (Mantel von Lovjoi, Shorts von Jan’n June, Top vintage, Tasche DIY, Sonnenbrille TOMS) außer die Schuhe. Ich besitze einfach viele Basic-Schuhe, kaufe deshalb erstmal keine und bin außerdem sehr wählerisch mit Schuhen.

It wasn’t so crazy in front of the Art Institutes Show as at the Michael Kors one. We even had more fun shooting some street style here (photos will follow) and I had a lot of fun putting together this outfit. It started with my new coat from the german fair fashion label Lovjoi and just worked the rest around it. Nearly the whole outfit is fair fashion (coat from Lovjoi, shorts from Jan’n June, top vintage, bag DIY and sunglasses TOMS). How do you like it? Too laid back for NYFW or just perfect for my style? I didn’t wanna feel like I am wearing a costume…
