in between the rain storms

My boyfriend is in town and when he is here I want to spend as much time as possible with him and do lots of cool stuff in Berlin. That is sometimes hard, as I have to work all day and the weather is often so shitty here in Germany that we just wanna stay inside and do nothing.

 Last week was one of those days. I had to work till late and it was so stormy outside. However we didn’t want our mood and plans to be ruined by this stupid autumn weather. So we took the S-Bahn to Friedrichshain, wandered around, watched the hipsters and went out for dinner, Jesse has never been to this area. We nearly froze to death on the bridge at Warschauer Straße, but apart from that it was worth to brave the weather and just have fun anyways 🙂

I also wanted to say sorry that I didn’t post the last two days, but I was sick. That is really unusual for me as I never get sick, and because of that I was a really whiny sick Mia laying in bed all day, getting taken care of by my Schatzi 😉
