Als wir eingezogen sind wussten wir sofort, dass wir die K\u00fcche renovieren m\u00fcssen. Was gemacht werden musste:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>neuer Boden &#8211; der alte Holzboden war komplett zerst\u00f6rt durch Wasserschaden und Schimmel. Au\u00dferdem war der alte Boden nicht ganz dicht, wir fanden L\u00f6cher und Nacktschnecken konnten durch diese L\u00f6cher kriechen<\/li>\n<li>neue K\u00fcchenschr\u00e4nke &#8211; die alten waren sehr billig verarbeitet, fielen fast auseinander und waren an vielen Ecken durch Wasserschaden zerst\u00f6rt<\/li>\n<li>neue Terrassent\u00fcr &#8211; die alte war einfach nicht so sch\u00f6n, das war also eher kosmetisch<\/li>\n<li>Dach am Anbau neu machen lassen &#8211; das war leider nicht ganz dicht<\/li>\n<li>Neue Wand am Anbau (die Wand, die zum Nachbar grenzt) &#8211; das wussten wir nicht vorher, aber die Bauarbeiter haben festgestellt, dass die angrenzende Wand nur eine Gartenmauer war, keine echte, isolierte Wand<\/li>\n<li>neuer L\u00e4ngsstahltr\u00e4ger: das wollten wir sowieso einbauen, aber zum Gl\u00fcck haben wir das gemacht. Denn l\u00e4ngs war gar kein Stahltr\u00e4ger eingebaut, obwohl es eine tragende Wand vorher war. Nur eine Metallbox&#8230;zum Gl\u00fcck haben wir das ausgetauscht, ich wei\u00df nicht, wie lange das sonst h\u00e4tte halten sollen (diese Metallbox hat ein ganzes Badezimmer und Dach halten m\u00fcssen, da die alte tragende Wand vor Jahren entfernt wurde)<\/li>\n<li>Neuer Putz, Grundierung &amp; Farbe: in der einen Ecke gab es Schimmel, der musste nat\u00fcrlich entfernt werden. Dazu gab es eine Schicht Grundierung, die als Feuchtigkeitsschutz funktioniert. Dazu noch noch eine Spezialfarbe, die gegen Feuchtigkeit hilft. Als Wandfarbe haben wir uns f\u00fcr eine Farbe entschieden, die insbesondere auch f\u00fcr K\u00fcchen geeignet ist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hier ein paar Vorher-Fotos. Dazu wollten wir den anderen Zugang verbreitern. Das bedeutet Stahltr\u00e4ger einsetzen. Also zus\u00e4tzlich zu dem L\u00e4ngsstahltr\u00e4ger mussten wir auch einen quer einsetzen. Stellt euch ein T am Anbau vor!<\/li>\n<li>Fu\u00dfbodenheizung: wir wollten Fliesen einbauen lassen und diese sind nat\u00fcrlich sehr kalt. Dazu wollten wir eine Heizung in der K\u00fcche vermeiden und mit Fu\u00dfbodenheizung wird es sehr schnell warm genug (der Raum ist nicht so gro\u00df).<\/li>\n<li>Neue Fenster und neues Dachfenster: Wir haben uns f\u00fcr Anthrazit entschieden, da das meist hochwertiger aussieht als wei\u00df, insbesondere weil wir Glas \u00fcber das ganze Dach einziehen lassen wollten<\/li>\n<li>Die Waschmaschine kam in das Badezimmer, was super untypisch f\u00fcr UK ist. Glaube alle Locals hier sind immer sehr erstaunt, wenn sie die Waschmaschine im Badezimmer sehen. Man kann die Waschmaschine n\u00e4mlich nicht einfach so ins Badezimmer stellen. Die Waschmaschine muss hier immer eingebaut sein und der Schalter f\u00fcr den Stecker muss au\u00dferhalb des Badezimmers liegen. Dazu aber ein anderes Mal mehr! Hier unten seht ihr, wie der Stahltr\u00e4ger eingebaut wird (die Ziegelsteine darunter stammen von der alten T\u00fcr links, die erweitert wurde). Ich glaube, jetzt versteht ihr, warum es so lange gedauert hat, immer noch andauert und warum es ziemlich teuer war. Ich habe nicht das genaue Budget, da wir auch gleichzeitig das Badezimmer gemacht haben und das auch sehr teuer war und sich Kosten \u00fcberschnitten haben. Ich sch\u00e4tze aber, dass die K\u00fcche so 25.000 Pfund alles in allem gekostet hat, ohne neue K\u00fcchenschr\u00e4nke (vergesst nicht, Stahl ist nicht g\u00fcnstig, genauso wie neue T\u00fcren und Fenster aus Aluminium statt aus 100% Plastik). F\u00fcr uns ist das sehr viel Geld.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aufgedr\u00f6selt:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>circa 7.500 Pfund f\u00fcr Fenster, T\u00fcren, Dachfenster und Installation<\/li>\n<li>5-6.009 Pfund f\u00fcr den Stahl<\/li>\n<li>Elektrik circa 2.000 Pfund<\/li>\n<li>Plumping circa 2.000 Pfund<\/li>\n<li>Der Rest ging f\u00fcr den komplett neuen Innenausbau drauf (Demolierung, neuer Boden, neue Wand, Ausbessern der Wassersch\u00e4den, neuer Putz, Fliesenlegerarbeiten, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Deshalb haben wir versucht, so viel wie m\u00f6glich selber zu machen oder einzusparen. Ein Schritt, der uns Geld gespart war, die Demolierung der alten K\u00fcche selber zu \u00fcbernehmen. Die alten K\u00fcchenschr\u00e4nke haben wir auf Facebook Marketplace kostenlos abgegeben. Aber zum Selbstabbauen und -abholen. Wir haben geholfen, aber dennoch war es praktisch, dass die Abholer auch mit abgebaut haben. Dazu haben wir auch die Flie\u00dfen an der Wand abgenommen, naja eher abgerissen \ud83d\ude00 sowie alles andere was nicht niet- und nagelfest war rausgenommen (genauso im Bad).<\/p>\n<p>Falls ihr euch fragt, ob sich der Aufwand gelohnt hat: Ja! In zweierlei Hinsicht. Wir haben so eine deutliche Wertsteigerung des Hauses erzielt und wir f\u00fchlen uns nat\u00fcrlich sehr viel wohler hier. Ein Renovierungsprojekt ist oft g\u00fcnstiger im Kaufpreis, daf\u00fcr muss man aber Einiges reinstecken.
